Essential Job Functions: Outbound engagement : Update on value proposition highlighting launched incentives, contests and providing current shortfall for the Agent. Clarifying queries or issues with recent payouts. Drive adoption of digital tools (login app) with coaching on how to use features for prospecting and performance view Train on Products especially new launches, changes in existing products, and relevant sales stories Train on Issuance and Underwriting processes and relay key changes in the processes Highlight Cross-Sell opportunities post analysis of current book-of-business of the Agent Gather feedback on initiatives, products, digital tools Inbound connect : Provide a concierge experience to the Top Agent as a bridge with the dedicated help-desk to document open issues and follow-up on them for approval Provide a pro-active communication of issue resolution to the Agent Issues related to pre/post-issuance, payouts, contests and digital applications Interfaces Internal: Intra-departmental (Sales & Distribution) business teams Agency sales leadership (HOA, ZMs, RMs, Client) Agency field teams S&D MIS & payout team Distribution HO Teams (as relevant) Marketing Team Training team External Call Centre Vendors Qualifications: Sound business understanding with respect to sales processes, products, incentive schemes, tech-related tools and applications etc. Ability to manage the top agents with high level of service and training orientation Excellent organizational ability Good communication and inter-personal skills Workload management & adherence to timelines Ability to comprehend and analyse data with accuracy Timely resolution of service queries and issues Efficiently manage the call volumes (both outbound as well as inbound) Experience in sales training / enablement profile is a plus Graduation in Any Discipline Exp: 3-5 years Good with MS office (Excel, Word PowerPoint)
