We are looking for: ServiceNow Service Integration Consultant You’ll make an impact by: Crafting and governing end‑to‑end service integration to onboard and evolve IT services on ServiceNow (myIT) under SIAM governance. Crafting and enforcing Service Integration Designs within the overall Service Develop; validating integration, data, process, and user‑experience standards before onboarding. Leading ServiceNow onboarding of services and offerings (CMDB/CIs and relationships, catalog items, support groups), standardising catalog models, order guides, and data models, and making sure process sequencing (e.g., Incident before Request). Acting as a quality gate for integration readiness, ensuring myIT remains the single front door and mentoring Integration Owners and Service Owners on standard processes. Ensuring user‑centric service journeys across Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge with clear, consistent workflows. Collaborating with Service Owners, Integration Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Providers, and aligning Value Centers with SIAM during onboarding and transformation. Providing integration options and recommendations that connect technical design with service architecture and data models; producing clear documentation and flow diagrams. Driving continuous improvement by closing gaps in service design, data quality, and process integration, and by building reusable templates, questionnaires, and playbooks; enabling training for integration partners. You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including: 5+ years in IT Service Management / Service Integration / IT Consulting, with proven experience in service onboarding, integration design, or platform standardisation in multi‑provider, global environments; exposure to agile and story‑driven delivery. Strong grasp of SIAM concepts and hands‑on ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, Catalog, Service Portfolio); ability to link technical architecture, service architecture, and data models. Skills in consulting and coaching, stakeholder facilitation, creating flow diagrams, and designing user journeys/UX; strong documentation and communication. Experience with UAT coordination, data migration, and audit readiness; comfortable influencing outcomes without formal authority. A structured, detail‑oriented, quality‑focused approach and the ability to work across cultures and global teams. Nice to have / Preferred: ITIL process definition and implementation, Agile/Scrum ways of working, deeper knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
