Your Job Koch India is looking for an execution-focused HR Operations Specialist to execute various transaction HR (admin) processes across employee lifecycle operations, statutory compliance, time & attendance, benefits administration, and quality payroll input for multiple Koch legal entities across India and APAC. The role requires strong HR operational knowledge, exposure to workforce labor compliance, vendor coordination, HR case management, and process improvement ownership. Our Team You will be part of a dynamic HR Operations team that supports both factory and office environments across India and APAC, collaborating closely with Business HR partners and global stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services. What You Will Do · Executing multiple HR Operations processes related to Hire to Retire, Benefits administration, Time and Attendance (e.g. UKG, GreytHR, etc.) and HR compliances for our supported business units. · Maintain and update standard process descriptions and knowledge documentation related to the supported HR processes to ensure consistency and clarity. · Support customers regarding any HR queries through designated intake channels. · Prepare and share bi-weekly/monthly inputs for Payroll team to process the payouts, ensuring accuracy and timelines. · Support on Statutory, Internal and External audits. · Support employees, supervisors and BHR partners from both Factory and Office environments. · Drive transformation through innovative ideas to improve HR processes to meet the current and future needs of the customer. · Participate in local and global projects/initiatives to implement process improvements. · Build strong relationships with customers, team members, partners and other key stakeholders. · Responsible and accountable for maintaining confidential and sensitive information and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) · At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR(admin), specifically including support for factory or manufacturing environments. · Proven experience in creating and maintaining HR process documentation, as well as process optimization and automation. · Practical experience in statutory and internal audits and strong understanding of local compliance. · Strong understanding of the standard HR Admin Processes like On-boarding, Off-boarding, Employee life cycle and Payroll inputs. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – formulae and macros). · Should possess high level of integrity. · Clear and Effective Communication. · Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail. · Independent, self-driven, customer focused, with strong sense of responsibility. · Open to learning and continuous improvement. What Will Put You Ahead Strong grasp on MS Excel, formulae and macros. Familiarity with Infor’s Human Capital Management (HCM) platform or any other HCM. Familiarity with Case Management System (ServiceNow, etc.) Experience in a shared service organization in an execution-focused role. Experience supporting employees from India/Singapore regions.
