Position: Field Sales Executive (FSE) Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales Strong communication skills (Hindi is mandatory) Good knowledge of the local area and market Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client interaction Ability to onboard and manage shop owners effectively Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard shops in assigned areas Achieve a monthly target of 80–90 shop on boardings Ensure onboarded shops have at least one active labourer Build and maintain relationships with shop owners Monitor onboarding quality and daily activity compliance Project Overview: Work on an AI-driven Video / Robotics project with a Bangalore-based company Onboarded shops will record 3–4 hours of daily work videos Videos will capture hand movements and real-time work activities of labourers Collected data will be used for AI training, automation, and analysis
