Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our client services group as Specialty Services Specialist You will be given immediate responsibility working directly with global clients to provide intelligent solutions for their queries and developing your expertise on DSO range of products and processes. Moving forward, you will be managing implementation projects and key accounts, delivering innovative business solutions to new and existing clients. Process Brief FactSet Digital Solutions provides digital investment solutions for retail banking, private banking, wealth management, online brokerage, advisory and the media based on flexible technology and comprehensive support and hosting for integrated digital services and applications. Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: Providing intelligent solutions and support to clients globally Provide intelligent solutions and support to global clients by developing expertise in digital products and solutions. Client relationship management Effectively manage stakeholders, fostering productive relationships and ensuring smooth communication. Working closely with product development for innovative solutions Conduct external and internal training sessions to enhance client understanding and product adoption. In addition, we require: A relevant master’s degree or equivalent (Finance + engineering is ideal) Experience in one or more programming/query languages - or a relevant experience demonstrating strong technical aptitude Good financial knowledge Freshers/Experienced can apply Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Desire to learn and work with new technologies Enthusiasm and drive to excel in a technical client-facing role Desired Skills: Previous client-facing experience Knowledge on APIs and SQL. Knowledge on Capital markets and Asset Classes.
