Job Description: As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be trained to read highway construction plans, perform accurate quantity take-offs, and assist in providing consulting services to US- based highway contractors. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret highway construction plans, drawings, and specifications. • Perform quantity take-offs for materials, earthwork, asphalt, concrete, and other highway construction elements. • Assist in preparing cost estimates and project documentation for clients. • Support project teams in providing consulting and advisory services to contractors in Georgia, USA. • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and quality. Eligibility & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (recent graduates or within 1-2 years of passing). • Strong understanding of construction drawings and basic civil engineering concepts. • Good analytical and numerical skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and any quantity take-off software is a plus. • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). • Willingness to learn and adapt to US highway construction standards.
