We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Bengaluru Engprod team where you will work in a talented engineering team in a fast-paced, growing startup. You will play a critical role in this endeavor. We need our engineers to be versatile and passionate to handle new problems as we continue to push Multi-Cloud Networking and Security Services technology forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the architecture and implementation of simulation systems, end-to-end test frameworks, and regression test frameworks to significantly improve product quality and reliability Take ownership of critical testing infrastructure components, mentoring junior engineers and driving technical decisions across multiple projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, represent the organization as technical contact, and design scalable software solutions Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices, with design proposals and technical documentation Drive AI-driven test automation innovation across the organization, making architectural decisions that impact development velocity and cost optimization Participate in engineering excellence initiatives including code reviews, on-call rotations, and interviewing engineering candidates REQUIREMENTS 6+ years of software development experience with proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex components/systems affecting multiple areas Expertise in Python or Golang with experience in system design and architecture Proficiency with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes for software development and deployment Strong understanding of networking concepts, test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies Hands-on experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) Proven track record in AI-driven automation with expertise in AI frameworks, multi-agent systems, and test automation innovation Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, OpenAI Strong communication skills for technical presentations and cross-functional collaboration
