About the Role This role is about owning products end to end. You’ll build real, production-grade full-stack applications—from frontend to backend to deployment. This isn’t a role limited to tickets or layers; you’ll design systems, write scalable code, and ship features that users actually depend on. What You’ll Do Build full-stack applications using React + Tailwind (frontend) and Python + FastAPI (backend) Design and ship features end to end—UI, APIs, auth, data, and deployment Write clean, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript / JavaScript / Python Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices Use async programming to improve performance and reliability Work with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Supabase) Deploy and operate services using Docker and AWS Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship fast Continuously improve existing systems and architecture Must Have 3–6 years experience building full-stack products in production Strong frontend skills: React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Tailwind Strong backend skills: Python + FastAPI Solid understanding of auth, async programming, scalability Experience with REST APIs and databases (SQL / NoSQL) Comfortable owning features from concept to deployment Strong problem-solving and systems thinking Good to have Next.js, Redux Cloud platforms (AWS / Firebase / GCP / Azure) CI/CD pipelines, Git Exposure to GenAI / MLOps concepts
