We’re looking for aspiring Software Development Engineers to work on a project that helps train and improve next-generation AI systems. You’ll use your programming skills to create coding challenges, solve software problems, test code, and evaluate solutions. Your work will help AI systems become better at understanding, writing, and improving code. You do not need previous AI experience. A strong foundation in programming, logical thinking, and problem-solving is what matters. What You’ll Do Create coding challenges: Develop realistic programming tasks involving new features, bug fixes, and problem-solving. Write and test code: Build working solutions using your preferred programming language. Find and fix bugs: Identify coding errors, understand why they occur, and implement fixes. Build automated tests: Write tests to check whether a solution works correctly, including valid and invalid cases. Understand existing code: Read and analyze code written by others and suggest improvements. Improve code quality: Make code cleaner, easier to understand, and more efficient. Explain your approach: Document your logic and explain why your solution works. Review coding solutions: Check code for correctness, readability, and adherence to programming best practices. Required Skills Basic to good programming knowledge in at least one of these languages: Python, Java, C++, Go, Rust, TypeScript, or JavaScript/Node.js. Understanding of fundamental concepts such as variables, loops, functions, and object-oriented programming where applicable. Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Ability to identify errors, debug code, and solve programming problems. Familiarity with writing and running test cases. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and explain technical solutions clearly. Good to Have These skills are helpful but are not mandatory: Personal, academic, or internship projects involving software development. Knowledge of APIs, backend development, or databases. Experience using Git or GitHub. Familiarity with unit testing or automated testing tools. Participation in coding competitions or solving problems on coding platforms. Interest in AI, machine learning, or AI-assisted coding tools. Who Can Apply? Recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Freshers with strong programming fundamentals, even without professional work experience. Candidates who have built academic projects, personal projects, or practice applications. Self-taught programmers who can demonstrate their coding ability. Professional experience in backend development or AI is not required. However, candidates should be comfortable writing code independently and solving basic to intermediate programming problems.
