Job Description
The Product Manager will shape the vision and roadmap of the Thrive Well platform to support the client's mission of improving child welfare outcomes. The role involves strategic planning for the platform, working closely with leadership, program teams, and the technology team to ensure the product evolves to meet the needs of caseworkers, agencies, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Thrive Well platform Strategic planning for the platform, identifying opportunities to expand its impact and adoption. Translate program and operational needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize, plan and deliver platform enhancements. Track product progress and ensure timely delivery of planned features and improvements. Collect user feedback and usage insights to continuously improve platform usability and adoption. Key skills: 1. Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development 2. Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination skills 3. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes 4. Experience using Jira/Confluence for managing product backlogs, documenting requirements and tracking issues 5. Good understanding of system architecture, including APIs, databases, and mobile applications. 6. Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or social sector programs is a plus.
