Job Description
Hiring for client We’re looking for a Director of AI Marketing to lead and scale CoTester’s marketing strategy — focused on positioning, growth, and category creation. This role demands someone who understands AI-led product storytelling, can build high-impact GTM strategy, and can drive growth through content, community, partnerships, and performance marketing. This is a leadership role where you will define the voice of CoTester, shape the narrative of AI in testing, and directly influence revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1) AI Product Positioning & Messaging • Own CoTester’s positioning, value messaging, and narrative in the AI testing space. • Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, high-impact customer stories. • Build differentiated messaging against competitors (AI testing, automation platforms, cloud testing players). 2) Category & Thought Leadership • Establish CoTester as a category leader in AI-driven software testing. • Drive executive and brand credibility through content, speaking, and opinion-led marketing. • Create a repeatable system for thought leadership: blogs, LinkedIn, podcasts, webinars, reports. 3) Growth & Demand Generation • Build and scale acquisition channels (SEO, content, performance marketing, paid social, email). • Drive pipeline and revenue via high-converting campaigns and lead-to-SQL systems. • Improve conversion rates across funnel stages (lead → trial/demo → POC → close). 4) PLG + Product Marketing Strategy • Work closely with Product and Engineering to launch AI features and enhancements. • Build GTM plans and product launch playbooks. • Improve onboarding, activation, and retention through lifecycle and in-product marketing. 5) Community, Partnerships & Influencers • Grow a community of testers, automation engineers, and QA leaders around CoTester. • Build partner marketing motions with consulting firms, QA communities, and tool ecosystems. • Collaborate with influencers and practitioners in QA/DevTools to drive adoption. 6) Team Leadership & Marketing Operations • Lead and scale a performance-oriented marketing team (content, demand gen, design, PMM). • Implement strong reporting and analytics dashboards (CAC, conversion, pipeline velocity, ROAS). • Drive experimentation culture: rapid iterations and campaign optimization.
