š§© Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Manager to oversee the end-to-end HR function for our IT and Finance departments. This role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. Ideal for professionals looking to grow in a tech-enabled, fast-paced environment, including freshers with strong internships or MBA HR degrees. š Key Responsibilities: š¹ Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Finance roles (screening to offer) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments Oversee onboarding, documentation, and induction process š¹ Employee Engagement & HR Operations Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs Maintain and manage HRMS records and employee databases Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination š¹ Performance & Policy Management Support implementation of performance management systems Coordinate quarterly and annual reviews Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards š¹ Learning & Development Identify training needs in IT and Finance departments Work with external vendors and plan internal learning initiatives š¹ Grievance Handling & Culture Building Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns Promote a transparent and inclusive workplace culture š§ Skills & Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of HR tech tools, HRMS, and ATS platforms Knowledge of employment laws, payroll basics, and statutory compliance Experience in tech/finance hiring is a plus Freshers with relevant internships or HR certifications (NHRD, SHRM, etc.) can apply š Why Join Us?
