Campus Strategy: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for B-School hiring aligned with business needs (Summer Internships, Final Placements, Pre-Placement Offers). Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders and HR to forecast demand and identify roles suited for MBA talent. Institute Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with placement committees, faculty, and student bodies at target B-Schools. Employer Branding: Lead campus engagement initiatives (case competitions, guest lectures, workshops, leadership talks, networking events) to strengthen the companys presence on campuses. Selection Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment – pre-placement talks, assessments, group discussions, interviews, and candidate experience. Offer & Onboarding: Drive offer management, pre-joining engagement, and ensure smooth onboarding of MBA hires. Program Design: Collaborate with HR teams to design structured Management Trainee / Leadership Development Programs for MBA hires. Analytics & Reporting: Track hiring metrics (conversion ratios, diversity mix, ROI of campus drives) and present insights to leadership
