About the Role: We are looking for a Program Manager (Entry-Level) to assist the Key Account Management team by handling operational responsibilities, client communication, and data management. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in client management, business operations, and program coordination. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of engagements, maintain data accuracy, and support business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Communication & Engagement • Serve as a point of contact for clients for operational queries. • Communicate regularly with clients regarding timesheets, engagement updates, and compliance requirements. • Assist in preparing and delivering weekly/monthly reports and client presentations. • Address client concerns in coordination with the Account Manager and internal teams. 2. Timesheet & Resource Management • Track and manage timesheets for engaged resources across multiple client accounts. • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of timesheets by coordinating with employees and clients. • Follow up on missing or incorrect timesheets to maintain compliance and smooth payroll processing. 3. CRM & Data Management • Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, engagements, and hiring status. • Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain weekly/monthly reports on account progress. • Work closely with internal teams to track and report business metrics. 4. Process & Documentation Support • Maintain spreadsheets and reports related to client engagements, hiring pipeline, and billing details. • Document standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and minimize errors. • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operations) for smooth workflow. 5. Coordination & Support • Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by gathering relevant data and insights. • Support the Account Manager in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross- selling. • Handle basic administrative tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) (Basic knowledge acceptable). Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment.
