We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Associate – BI & Data Analytics Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft SQL technologies, ETL processes, and Azure SQL, along with a strong understanding of Agile development practices. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to deliver scalable dashboards, reports, and data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Power BI Development Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Create and optimize data models using best practices for performance and scalability. Develop calculations and measures using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). Utilize Power Query for data transformation, cleansing, and integration. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance requirements. Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Data Integration & ETL Develop and support ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into reporting repositories and Azure SQL environments. Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot data quality and performance issues. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain enterprise reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Support multidimensional and tabular data models using SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services). Create automated reporting solutions and improve existing reporting frameworks. Perform data analysis and validate business requirements through data insights. Database & Cloud Technologies Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects. Support data solutions built on Azure SQL Database. Participate in database performance tuning and data optimization initiatives. Assist in the implementation of cloud-based analytics and reporting solutions. Agile Delivery & Collaboration Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for work item tracking, backlog management, documentation, and deployment activities. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. Experience 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics development. Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI DAX Power Query Data Modeling Row-Level Security (RLS) Dashboard & Report Development SSIS SSRS SSAS ETL Development Microsoft SQL Server Azure SQL Database Azure DevOps (ADO) Good understanding of relational database concepts and data warehousing principles. Experience writing complex SQL queries and optimization techniques. Good to have Skills Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes. Exposure to ServiceNow platform, reporting, or integrations. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices. Familiarity with cloud analytics and Azure data services.
