Job Overview Transcom is looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals with hospitality background for our Hotel Engine Flex Process. This is a voice-based international process involving retention, recovery, collection, and upselling for premium hotel clients. The role requires excellent communication skills and prior experience in BPO/customer service, preferably in hospitality or retention campaigns. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls for hotel reservations, retention, and recovery processes. Manage customer retention, payment recovery, collection, and upscaling/upselling opportunities. Provide exceptional service to international customers (US voice process). Resolve queries, build rapport, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed performance targets related to retention, collection, and upselling. Eligibility Criteria & Requirements Education: Undergraduate / Any Graduate Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 6 months of BPO experience. Retention, Recovery, Collection & Upscaling experience preferred. Hospitality background is mandatory. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. C1 US Voice Versant certified (or must clear the Versant test). Strong customer service orientation and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Age & Other: Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts. Salary & Benefits CTC: Up to ₹35,000 Incentives: Up to ₹8,000 (Performance-based) Cab Facility: Cab provided for females during odd hours. Cab allowance of ₹180 per day for males.
