Job Description Function: Software Engineering → Full-Stack Development C++ Golang React.js Spring Boot Responsibilities: Own end-to-end feature development from frontend UI implementation to backend services, deployment, observability, and production reliability. Design and build scalable backend services using Golang and/or Node.js with strong emphasis on performance, concurrency, and maintainability. Develop responsive, performant, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring excellent UX across devices and environments. Architect and evolve microservices and event-driven systems using async messaging, queues, pub/sub, and streaming patterns. Build and optimise RESTful, GraphQL, and/or gRPC APIs powering web, mobile, and third-party integrations. Design systems that support offline-first capabilities, ensuring reliable data synchronisation and consistency across unreliable networks. Develop cloud-native applications deployed on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes and Docker for containerised infrastructure. Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability as product usage and customer scale increase. Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, UI, contract, and performance testing. Drive observability best practices, including structured logging, monitoring, metrics, tracing, and alerting. Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to improving engineering standards, frontend architecture, and backend design patterns. Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term systemic fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric product solutions. Requirements: Senior Full Stack Developer - but final role will depend on candidate experience, credentials, and interview outcomes. 5 - 9 years (strong hands-on full-stack engineering experience). B. Tech/B. E/M. Tech/M. E/MCA/M. S. Golang, React.js (Next.js ), Node.js, Microservices, Event-driven Architecture, Distributed Systems, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL and NoSQL databases, API Design, HLD, LLD, Performance Optimization, Testing Frameworks, RabbitMQ, Kafka, GraphQL, SSR (Server Side Rendering). Strong hands-on experience building production-grade full-stack systems in SaaS or product-based organisations. Good understanding of frontend architecture, including component design, state management, performance optimisation, and frontend security best practices. Strong backend fundamentals, including API design, concurrency concepts, data modelling, and distributed systems thinking. Decent experience with PostgreSQL and/or DynamoDB, including schema design, indexing, and query optimisation. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS). Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Good understanding of data consistency models, concurrency control, and fault-tolerant system design. Experience working in high-scale or high-transaction environments (POS, payments, fintech, etc. is a plus, not mandatory.
