This position will perform technical configuration in one or more of the company systems used to operate our Auto Finance business. This associate will have the basic knowledge and technical expertise to configure business processes in the systems, performing according to company expectations and are delivered within company expectations. Associates in this position must have a basic knowledge and the ability to deploy configuration principals and use that functional expertise to learn configuration, design patterns and databases for our company systems.Qualifications and Requirements A 4 Year degree in an IT related course of study; 1 -2 years of application configuration preferred Ability to learn team software configuration concepts and techniques to create & deploy software and effectively communicate the design necessary for effective software development. Ability to learn and understand the following: Microsoft SQL Server scripting and Data models ALFA configuration and concepts Microsoft SQL Server Scripting and Data Models Relational DB Design/Dimensional Modeling Company Software Configuration (ALFA) Database Schemas, Data Migration and Scripting Security and Data Protection, Security Compliance & Data Storage Solutions Reusable Code and Libraries Server Side Logic Authentication/Authorization and Unit Testing Automated performance testing
