We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Lead Full Stack – Front End Developer to drive the development of scalable web applications and lead front-end initiatives. This role involves hands-on coding, collaborating with designers and backend teams, and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital solutions aligned with business goals. Job Responsibilities • Build high-quality and responsive UIs using React, Angular, or Vue.js • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into interactive web experiences • Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express, or Java/Spring Boot • Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and cloud services • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility • Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain design system standards • Manage technical risks and provide timely resolutions to blockers and escalated issues. • Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to architectural decisions • Write clean, testable, and scalable code across the stack Required Skills- • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript • Backend development experience in Node.js or Java (Spring Boot) • Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and state management tools (Redux, Context API) • Experience with Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with performance optimization and responsive design principles • Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design handoff tools • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and Git workflows. Qualifications- Bachelor’s/ Master’s in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
