Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable front-end architecture using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux / Context API • Convert UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into responsive, pixel-perfect, high performance web pages • Optimize components for speed and cross-browser/device performance • Integrate with backend services using RESTful APIs • Champion UI best practices, coding standards, and reusable component strategies • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and CI practices • Mentor junior developers and promote high code quality across the team • Troubleshoot and debug UI or rendering issues efficiently • Ensure compliance with cross-browser and cross-device compatibility Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5–8 years of strong experience in frontend development with React.js • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and DOM manipulation • Expertise in React Hooks, Redux, and modern architecture patterns • Familiarity with Git, Jira, Webpack, and modern dev workflows • Proven experience in responsive design and mobile-first development • Awareness of WCAG accessibility and i18n/l10n standards • Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress for testing Good to Have: • Experience with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), or Static Site Generation (SSG) • Understanding of Micro-Frontend Architecture • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS) • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
