Service Non-Delivery:

If a paid feature or service, such as AI-powered interview simulation or premium job alerts, is not delivered as advertised due to issues within QuickHyre's control.

Duplicate Payments:

If a duplicate payment was made accidentally, a refund may be processed upon verification.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Services that have been fully or partially used.
Issues due to user errors, including incomplete profile information or connectivity problems not related to QuickHyre's platform.
Changes in personal circumstances, such as no longer requiring the service.

2. Refund Request Process

Users who believe they qualify for a refund should follow these steps:

Send a request to QuickHyre Support at support@quickhyre.in with your account details, payment information, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Verification and Review:

QuickHyre will verify the issue and may request additional information. Please allow up to 7 business days for this review process.

Refund Approval and Processing:

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Refund Limitations

Time Limit:

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original payment date.

Service-Specific Policies:
